The ‘City Tour’ starts with a visit to the Racing & Equestrian Club at Al Rayyan, home of horse racing in Qatar. The next stop will be a visit to the Wholesale Souq, a collection of markets and shops. Photo shoot and drive through Khalifa Sports Stadium (venue of the 2006 Asian Games), Education city and Aspire academy. Drive past the Al Jazeera TV Station and Athelete’s village. Next, you will enjoy the drive around the Corniche, arguably the most picturesque area of Doha and discover the local architecture of the Emir’s working Palace, the clock tower and the historic Al Koot fort. The last stop is the Souq Waqif (The Old Souq), where the exotic smells of mounds of spices, coffees mixed with the heady scent of cardamom, ancient remedies and enticing perfumes fill the air and the gold souq where you can enjoy a walk around the glittering shops.
